One real calendar
A confirmed booking is created in Guesty. Those nights are blocked on Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com instead of living in a separate system.
A local host
The homes are operated by Sukhrab Karimov through Sultan Karim LLC, across the neighborhoods next to Universal Studios and the studio lots.
The area
Close to the park, and still a neighborhood.
Universal Studios
Most of the homes are a short drive from the park, CityWalk, and the Universal lot.
Studio weeks
Burbank and Studio City put early call times within reach without a hotel checkout.
Everyday streets
NoHo Arts, Toluca Lake village, and Ventura Boulevard are the useful parts of a stay, not a theme-park corridor.
